There are many tips and trick to became healthy in life some of the simple tips that i want to share to you are as follows:


1) Always Think Positive:

Human life is the most difficult life where everyday you have to face new problems.Every new problems makes you more strong and focused in the work though you have to face problems many negative things should came into your mind and make you distract but thinking positive will gives you more energy to do the work so always think positive to make your life happy.

2) Eat Vegetables:

In today's world money is important so to earn money people work very hard without caring their health which is very bad thing and not caring health means destroying the life.If your health is not so good than the money you earn is also not useful.To keep your health good eating fresh vegetables is very very important.We all know that through vegetables we can find different kind of vitamins which is very important to our body to keep healthy.

3) Eat 4-5 Meal Daily:

What you eat also important but when you eat is more important means you have to eat 4-5 meal daily in a proper time which helps to keep your mind focused,keep you cool and avoid negative thinking.

4) Exercise Daily:

In today's world technology is developing day by day which makes human life easier,faster and comfortable. After coming of these technology people became lazy and don't do any work or exercise to make their body healthy and fit which is very bad thing.You have to exercise daily to keep you more focused and to keep your body healthy as well.Daily exercise keeps your cholesterol low, improve your bones,improves your lean muscle,improve eyes and many more.

5) Sleep In Night Well:

Sleeping well also plays important role in your life to make you healthy and happy.Some people have the problem of sleeping in night well so they can try the relaxation technique such as meditation and yoga.You can also eat bedtime snacks such as milk,cherries,chamomile tea.Make your room dark and stop thinking annoying things which helps to get a good night's sleep and makes your next day happy as well as healthy.

6) Check Before Eat:

There are many kinds of food present which gives you different energies.You have to check the calories and nutrition present int that food and eat them in the balance way.Eating more calories food also not good for health as well eating more nutritious food also not good for health.You should eat them in balance order.

7) Eat In The Small Interval Of Time:

You have to eat fresh fruits as well as vegetables in the short interval of time means does not make you stomach empty for long period of time.Eat less but eat many times which makes your body full of energy at any time and encourage you to do new things.

8) Drink A Lot Of Water:

Another important thing to make our body healthy is water.We all know that without water people as well as animals cannot live in earth so we can imagine the use and the importance of water in our body.A human body is made up of 60% of water which is very high.In a single day person should drink more than 4 liter of fresh water to keep their body healthy.

9) Get Satisfaction:

Do whatever you want or eat whatever you want but satisfaction is very necessary without satisfaction things you have implemented in your life are not of any use. Many people does not have the personal satisfaction with the things they have done to make their body healthy which is very bad thing. With satisfaction small work also gives you more result which is very good thing.


We all know that "Health Is Wealth". Healthy people is more powerful than the rich people.If you earn money but you do not have health then money is not useful but if you have health then you can earn money.Money cannot buy the health but health can buy money.

Things You Should Avoid To Make Your Body Healthy:

  2. Potato Chips
  3. Smoking,Drinking alcohol
  4. Ice creams
  5. Sweet drinks
  6. White bread
  7. Candy
  8. Fried things
  9. Oily products
